SERENGETI-WESTERN CORRIDOWWhat to see: Elephant Migration, Buffaloes, Giraffe, Zebra, Hippo, Blue Monkeys-Warthog-Water buck-Lion-Impala-Baboons-Jackal-Dik dik-Snakes, unique bird species and different types of trees.
West of Seronera, the waters of the Grumeti and Mbalageti rivers ensure that Western Corridor is damper and thicker in plant life than you will find on the south plains of the Serengeti. Envision a mix of woodland and open grassland! In this area visitors expecting good game viewing right through the year-round, while the end of May throughout June is common for the Great Migration to cross the Western Corridor but depends on the timing of the rains. But in any experience, there are giraffe, Lion, and Elephant as well as the populations of Wildebeest and Zebras residents in the area south of the Grumeti. Walking up in the Serengeti central something real special, sounds, sights, and smells of Africa are all around us. Ahead is a full day of venture in the world’s most famous national park. We start today with the morning segment of our game drive in Serengeti National Park, a miracle at the stunning scenery, yet varying light and forever interesting wildlife, your driver-guide will explain all these to you. Picnic lunch served at the park, and then we set off again searching for wildlife in this inspiring Serengeti national park. Serengeti’s wonders develop finely as the day progresses. The countless birds and animals are the celebrity of the show and nature dramas can unfold at any time. Wildlife animals don’t exertion to any schedule, you may find leopard and lion, zebras and elephant, antelope, and cheetahs at any time on your game drives. Evening you will return to the camp for dinner and some much need rest and recreation.
Note: For those who have booked the Balloon Safari, today you will be picked up from the lodge/camp at 05.30 hours for balloon safari departure at 06.00 hours. If you wish to book a balloon safari, please let us know in advance in order to keep it. The price is $595 per person. this experience is for about one hour and a half (60-90 minutes), depending on wind condition. In-flight adventure, then experience bush breakfast and champagne served, later your driver-guide will pick you up for your full-day game drives.

Relaxing breakfast at the lodge then transferred to Kogatende airstrip for 10.15am FLIGHT back to Arusha. This two hour flight represent final chance to observe beautiful Tanzania this moment from above. You will be met by our company representative on arrival at Arusha Airport where you will be taken to Arusha hotel to enjoy hot lunch. lastly, you will be taken to Kilimanjaro International Airport to connect with your onward flight back home or to Zanzibar.
You can simply depart on this day only if you have booked domestic flights departing JRO from 19:00hrs onward OR International Flight departs at 20:00hrs onward. not, you will need to book a post night accommodation for any earlier flight. -
