After a long flight you will be thrilled to see Arusha the acknowledged Safari Capital of East Africa, is perched at 1400 meters above sea level- keeping the temperatures and humidity quite low. All about this significant city are some of Tanzania’s most pleasure. Mount Meru overlooks Arusha and the distant Kilimanjaro can be seen on a clear day.
Arusha is the ideal starting point for safari lovers, within reach of Tarangire, Manyara, Ngorongoro crater and Serengeti. The city even has its own natural attraction, Arusha National Park named after Wa-Arusha inhabitants of the town. Full of agricultural activities, administrative and tourist center. It is the perfect place to relax before and after a long voyage of a lifetime.

Depart in the morning by road to Tarangire National Park located 120kms out of Arusha town, about 1h30minutes drive. On arrival at the Park gate you will complete Park registration official procedures and enjoy a game drive in the park with your knowledgeable and experienced guide who will share with you information concerning wildlife you spot in the park. Lunch will be Picnic served at the selected picnic site under acacia tree. short rest then continue with game viewing activities till in the evening where you will drive to the Camp for overnight stay. Tarangire is haven for bird lovers as 500 hundred bird species recorded in the park. Predators in this park are Lion, Leopard, cheetah, honey badgers, caracal and an African wild dog, Other wildlife you can see in this park includes large herds of thousands of wildebeests, zebra and Cape buffalo. During the dry season-June to November thousands of wild animals from surrounding areas, move to the park due to availability of water that floors from Tarangire River. Common resident animals you can see in this park are a giraffe, impala, dik-dik, Grants gazelle, banded mongoose, velvet monkey, and olive monkey.

You will depart to Lake Manyara National park, about 1hours drive. On arrival at the Park gate complete Park registration official procedures and then enjoy a thrilling game drives in this Park till lunchtime. The park is home to climbing lion, pythons, zebras, impalas, monkeys, giraffes, buffalos, hippos, and others. After lunch, You will continue with game drives till evening.

An early breakfast, Depart to central Serengeti about 2hours
You will start game drive once you arrive at the Serengeti gate. Your driver-guide will help you to spot animals and birds while having en-route game drives. Picnic Lunch will be saved on the way. Game drive in the park until Sunset where you will drive to the Campsite for overnight.
Serengeti is Tanzania ’s oldest and most famous National Park. You will take a game drive through the massive open plains. The park is one of the parks in Africa with the highest concentration of wildlife. The park is dominated by huge herds of plains game such as zebra, wildebeest, and antelope. There are many kopjes scattered across the plain where attendant predators such as lion and cheetah are to be found Leopard can often be found draped in the trees along the Seronera River.

Full day of game drives in Serengeti including sunrise and sunset game drive. in the morning you will drive much further to explore more areas following animals location. Enjoy the remote and pristine wilderness, magnificent sunsets, expansive starry skies, and dreamy landscapes. Action filled game drives in Serengeti are a guarantee. Our experienced Safari guide will share insights and a rare behind the scenes perspective with you as you enjoy thrilling game drives in the vast endless plains of Serengeti. In the late evening return to the campsite for overnight stay.

Today you will work a bit earlier have a cup of coffee or tea then depart to Ngorongoro for Crater tour.
Descend in the crater home of 270,000 Wild Animals. Game drive in Crater until afternoon where you will drive to the selected picnic site near the hippo pool for Lunch. thereafter you will have a short game drive before driving to Mto wa Mbu campsite.
Besides the stunning scenery of the Ngorongoro Crater, one of the main attractions of this area is the variety of flora and fauna found a remarkably compact area all around the year. Ngorongoro crater is the best place to see black rhinoceros, wildebeest, zebra, and gazelles. Other game that you can see includes leopard, hyena, cheetah, Elephants, Jackal, hippos, waterbuck, baboons, antelope family and small mammals. The crater also has the densest known population of lions and it’s the place you can find the black-maned lion.
Hippos can be found in pools and swampland and highland bird-life is colorful and plentiful around the waters. Flamingos can often be seen in Lake Magadi, which occupies part of the crater floor.

In the morning you will go out in the village of Mto wambu for cultural interaction in the village, experience local tribe lives, meet and talk to them, while spending some time with them and engaging yourself in a typical African life. The walking is for about two-four hours strolling through local villages of Mto wa Mbu. A very unique village in Tanzania as it is home to over 120 different tribes across Africa. You will see local Farms, local homes, and schools. You are welcome to taste local food prepared by the locals.
Later on you will depart to Arusha.
You will be arriving Arusha around 16:00hrs. Drop off at Kilimanjaro international Airport for flight back home or to Zanzibar.
You can simply depart on this day only if you have booked domestic flights departing JRO from 19:00hrs onwards OR International Flight departs at 20:00hrs onwards. If not, you will need to book a post night accommodation for any earlier flight.
